A Private User

Visited location for a basic DMV need. Staff was extremely ineffecient at getting simple documents and refused to call the DMV headquarters to resolve, although the lady at DMV headquarters says they call them all the time and should have easily been handled. Not happy! Will be lodging formal complaint to investor relations. Bad/rude/inefficeint service causing uneccesary stress! Do not reccomend to say the least!

all the other reviews are right, this place sucks. im currantly sitting in the office of the SENIOR insurance rep. about ten minutes ago she walked out of the cubicle without saying why. ive been sitting here long enough to write a review.. thumbs down
