I had to add renters insurance to my auto policy. I originally called my local agent that was located in SC who could not provide the coverage in NC. So I called Matt Woody Woodford and had the pleasure of speaking with Katherine. Within 5 mins she had me set up with renters insurance and emailed me everything I needed to finalize my lease. I recognize and appreciate above average customer service but this was above and beyond. I would even call it phenomenal. Katherine was more than personable and such a pleasure dealing with. I highly recommend this agency to anyone shopping for insurance in the Charlotte area.
