Mariana was truly a breath of fresh air in my search for a cruise. After calling the cruise line directly to ask a few questions, I was put off by the surly demeanor of both reps I contacted. I had not thought of utilizing AAA. What a treasure we have in this resource! I have a hard time putting into words what a great experience it was working with Mariana. She listened to what we wanted and called the cruise line. Not only did we get everything we had asked for, but also onboard credit, airfare, and a senior and AAA discount! The stateroom was put on hold for us on the spot. AAA also had great trip insurance for much less than the cruise line and we can take our passport and emergency contact info to AAA and they will file it with the cruise line for us. Mariana even took an imprint of my credit card so I could just call instead of coming back to make the payment. We will not hesitate in the future to use this valuable asset!
