I have been with Jean DiGrande State Farm Insurance for over 5 years. Every employee there has been beyond nice, courteous, helpful, and empathetic when needed. I currently have all my insurance through the agency and would not recommend any other agency. When I transferred to them, Jean confirmed that I was/would receive same if not better coverage and even found some issues with my previous insurance. This made me feel very comfortable that I was not getting "taken." I would almost consider them like family. Jean and George both have called and checked up on me and my family when we had a loss. You could hear the true concern in their voices when the called. If you search for another agent you are wasting your time.
