I called the general line and spoke to one of the reps; Sandra Sanchez. She was very courteous and answered all my questions. I was able to get a same day appointment with her to finalize my paperwork. I gotta say I was not disappointed when meeting Mrs. Sanchez. She was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain my policy in detail and the best part was that she was able to save me $700 a year on my car insurance. I want to thank Mrs. Sanchez and Progressive for all of their help! I will definitely recommend your company to my friends!
