Worst insurance i have was in an accident the other insurance was ready to pick up my car and of course since i have common wealth they picked it up already thinking i will pay them 500 deductable and get some money after all state pays them.. Hell no i told them no and by policy and insuance rights they cannot pick up a vehicle unless they had my consent.. Now that i am trying to cancel my services with them its a longer process seems like this accident to this cancellation is a months worth... I will be contacting DOI... THEY HATE THAT WORD CONTACT THEM CAUSE UNDER ARIZONA LAW THEY HAVE VIOLATED MORE THAN JUST INSURANCE RIGHTS BY ALSO YOUR RIGHTS AND POLICY CODES!!!!

So far So good a person hit me with this insurance and they completely are taking care of me. My car is a 2015 and I PICKED the repair place my dealership and they pay for the rental all my services and anything else found wrong when my dealership fixes it. After explaining the situation they immediately they took full responsibility. THANK GOD someone does for once. Aside from their hours extremely satisfied so far. But if not will definitively update my review.

dont believe the good reviews about this shady company they illegally ran my girlfriends card for a payment that wasnt authorized and flat out said they wont refund it what a joke they charged me 2 deposits and they are very rude and horrible customer service please do yourself a favor DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE THEY ARE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM TRYING TO GET RID OF ALL THE BAD REVIEWS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Great company may look into using them to insure me. One of their clients hit us and they were very helpful and honest. They took care of our rental car and all expenses to repair my 2008 Cadillac STS to like new condition. One of the passengers of the vehicle was injured and they took every step to make sure he was financially able to be seen by a professional immediately. Thanks again, CAZ-7163

This company is unbelievable. They admitted fault for an accident that their insuree caused, but refused to make all of the repairs. I have a plastic based grill that was damaged when my vehicle was backed into, but they will only fix the bumper. This means that my only recourse would be to take the insured to small claims court, and that is not fair to her. Despicable!!!

They will get you started with a GREAT price ..... and then raise it . There customer service had input my information incorrectly. So when I was initially paying $180 for my policy when I went to renew because of their mistakes my they are now asking $458 a month .... I feel I should continue looking else where now .

One of their insurers rear ended my brand new BMW. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week now and literally cannot in touch with anyone. I have left over 20 voicemails and NOTHING! This company is horrible! Worst insurance company ever!!!!!
