We always had good service from Bailey until we found out that our coverage was changed. uninsured and underinsured motorist had been removed from my policy without our knowledge we were told we did not need med pay after our daughter was in an accident she got nailed for out of pocket medical costs totaling $6,000... in result we called Bailey back to add med pay and were told again that we did not need it. MEd pay might have added 12-18 dollars per month and would have saved us thousands. We have tried to reach out to Progressive to file an errors and omissions claim against the agent. Everybody we speak with at progressive seems to have amnesia when it comes to square dealing it seems that you have to make a very large noise and use sites like yelp and google to get anybody to pay attention unfortunately this review has to be left we also plan to take this higher up with progressive insurance nationally.

If I could give zero stars I would . They told my husband he was a hassle because he called to ask questions about his policy? Rude . Dan made a mistake and sent the insurance company a incorrect policy number so someone else got my husbands payment he made . They refuse to refund and when we go down to the office they ignored us and refused to speak with us . When I say they have zero customer service skills I mean zero . Please save your self the hassle in working with them go some where else . Terrible customer service.

Been using Bailey Insurance for over 10 years. Always seems to have the lowest cost in insurance. I have sent a few people there who are also extremely satisfied. Great customer service and I think its awesome when they call you prior to your expiration date stating they found a cheaper rate with more coverage with another company. They really do care.
