Worse experience ever. Was with State Farm since 1987 until my vehicle became disabled for 6 months. I paid 162.16 for a new policy and THEN State Farm requested evidence the vehicle was not on the road for 6 months without insurance. I sent the paperwork for the renewal and inspection which clearly shows when it expired and when it was renewed and thought I was done. 1 Month later Ms. Bryant texts me and says they will cancel me unless I provide copies of all the repairs done on the vehicle. I have copies of all repairs though I have no time for this nonsense. I sent an email and canceled the policy. WOW 30 years of business with State Farm with one claim in 1992 and this is how Im treated. Done with State Farm forever. I went online and signed with another insurance company with no issues. Update on 06/12/17 State Farm sent a letter to inform me that they had to cancel my policy and it will be effective on 6/24/17 REALLY? No I canceled on 6/7/17 after all the BS. This is starting to look like a legal issue now.

Adriana, Ashley worst in the business, rate changes every month!!# with no reason why!!!!!takes it upon themselves to draft from your account, even after changing ins companies 2 months ago. Do not trust this company!!!!!!!!!!!!##!, I have records from my wellsfargo account for proof. Run far far away from this ins company. They should be greeters at walmart!! Thats not something they can handle!!!! I had to give one star, was not an option to give less than one.

It was all very frustrating to me while dealing with grief, but the staff, Chris, Judy and the entire office staff were, and still are, very supportive and understanding.
