I recently changed my policy to Carol Flores office in Bellevue, WA. I have NEVER been treated with such respect, thoroughness, and caring of my policies until now. The staff was welcoming and very friendly from the moment I entered the beautiful office for my appt. Carol and her staff had already looked over my policies and made a booklet that I could bring home explaining what I was currently being covered for and then what could possibly be adjusted to help me both financially and cover me in case of an emergency/accident. Carol and her staff have always been willing to answer my questions even prior to me signing up with her agency. I am beyond blessed to move my policy to her office! Everyone should sign up with her! She is beyond FABULOUS!
