Found this on my credit report when I went to buy a vehicle. Strange how when you call you get all these strange error messages even though the first initial one went through and I never got to a person.

HORRIBLE!!!! customer service , could barely get them on the phone to settle a account, and when they did answer they were rude and ignorant!!! But what do you expect for a collections company.

THIS COMPANY HAS A MEDICAL BILL ON MY CREDIT THAT IS NOT MINE!!!! I HAVE SENT IN DISPUTE FORMS MANY TIMES!!!!! IT HAS BEEN MONTHS!!!!! PLEASE REMOVE THAT FRAUDULENT BILL OFF MY ACCOUNT!!

Good luck calling these people. They send a letter saying to call them if there should have been insurance billed, no one ever picks up.
