PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Not only they have high interests rate. This company is very deceitful in doing business. Their employees have no idea what they are doing. My business relocated. I called them and change the physical address Couple of weeks later, I received a new terminal. I called the company to find out why they send me a new terminal, and the C/S agent informed me that it was a mistake because I relocated. And I could keep that as a BACKUP terminal just in case if the original one goes bad. So I kept it. after 2 months later, the company deducted $500 dollars from my account. After calling to find out whats going on, they informed me that because I didnt send my original terminal back. They took out $500 from my account. I told them I talk to one of your C/S agent and she informed me that i can keep the backup terminal in case the original goes bad and they said its not true and they cant help me until i send the terminal back and until than they will hold my $500 . It took over 1 month to get my own money back from them. .After terminating this company. I sent all there equipment back and fax them the termination letter. I found out 2 months later that they are still charging me fees. I called them and they said they never receive my termination letter and they wont give my fees back for the past 2 months and I should send them the termination letter again. I told C/S agent I like to speak to the manager, she basically said the manager is not available, (mind you, its 2pm friday!!!) and they will call back within 24-48 hours. I am still waiting for the call. This company is a rip off. Go with any other company but them. Hope this helps

I got a random $54 service fee charged too my account over two years ago. This may have been fine, if I had ever even gone to the doctors in the first place. Yet too boot, they never answer their phones, and when trying get a direct connect to someone, that person is magically never there. F*** this place.
