I was a victim of serious Identity Theft. It was so bad that, after 5 years of fighting, I was issued a new social security number. When I say "it was bad" I mean bad. Warrants issued for my arrest, people filling for marriage licenses in other states, even loan applications in Canada, bad. Once I got my brand new social security number I was faced with a new problem. Being 33 and having no credit file at all was stopping me from living my life. I signed up for rent reporters and everything changed. I went from nothing to 669! A whole new world was opened to me. It was huge to have my life back and he credit I deserved. I was so happy with what I saw I told everyone, my fiancé also signed up and his credit jumped 80 points! 80 points! Thats the difference between a yes and a no to the banks. I could not be happier with Rent Reporters I tell everyone! Thank you Rent Reporters for giving me back my life!

Rent reporters did exactly what they say they did - they reported our rent for 24 months back. Although this did give me a 53 pt increase on my TU Credit Karma report (vantage score) it didnt move it on myFICO score. I reached out to Demetrio at Rent Reporters, and he verified that myFICO reports the FICO8 score, and they are using the new FICO9 score. I waited until myFICO 9 score refreshed to see if Rent Reporters even moved the score a little bit, and unfortunately it didnt. I let Demetrio know of my experience and he refunded me my money. Demetrio and the rest of his team are very helpful and answered all my questions rapidly. Because RR made a huge difference on my Vantage score, and not my FICO score, i had to discontinue their services. I am looking for movement in my FICO score for lending purposes.

I have been amazed with how quickly this service has made a big impact with my ability to reach my goals. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I was having difficulty setting my account up online and customer service was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and getting everything setup. Everything was completed within about two weeks and my customer service rep Lawrence kept me in the loop every step of the way. Although there were some delays, my Vantage score went up 9 points after posting with Rent Reporters. I have not received my FICO 9 update yet but will be getting an update on it in September. They took care of me with a free month of service while they fixed the glitches with the delay of my past history. Their customer service is very good. It is always easy to reach someone to discuss your account. They will be adding Equifax and Experian soon. I am sticking with them to see what results come from those updates.
