The business account agent had me waiting for over 45 minutes to then skip me for what appeared to be a friend and thereafter leaving straight to lunch with out saying anything to me. I than very respectfully gave my information to another clerk and was told that I would get a call back that day, it has been 9 days still no call back. I will no be opening a business account with them. and possibly taking my personal account else where.

This place is a fu**ing joke! ive never once had a decent experience though this guys. Every time i cash a check it get a held for a week and if its over $1000 they hold it for damn near a month

Been with this bank since 1997 when it was Washington Mutal have had nothing but good experience with them would recommend and have recommened them to many keep up the good job
