I had a sewer main backup for my commercial building in Burbank. Jake from Nautilus came at midnight to clear it. Met me at my convenience to run a camera to show me what the problems were. Gave me a great bid and then took it from there. The repair involved digging up the main line on part of a busy street and they worked with the City to get permits and complete the project. They handled the repair professionally and with minimum disruption to my tenants and their customers. I highly recommend this company.

Just excellent. I had never called an emergency/24-hour plumber before and I reached Jake at 11pm on a Saturday who walked me through some best-practices to set up my plumbing issue for his team. Sergio and Henry came first thing in the morning the following Monday, arriving early, took 10 minutes to fix the problem having clearly stated the price for the work and any incremental rises should problems occur. An absolutely 100% experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Called them for a plumbing issue I had at my apartment and they scheduled a plumber that day. Not only were they on time but they called me 5 minutes early saying that they were there. They had the job done quickly and businesslike and I cant complain about their service in the least. Only one problem, moderately expensive but worth the price. My toilet in my home was clogged and these guys came in, and fixed it. Apparently, the pipe to the toilet had been so rusty that it was leaking water between the walls of my home. Fortunately, these guys were able to pinpoint the exact problem that I had, and fixed it for me at a great rate. I highly recommend these guys!

They were quick to provide an estimate. On time. When the job got tough they kept their cool. Even though they had to switch gears and hand dig a trench instead of using pipe bursting they did it without altering the budget. Finished the job to my complete satisfaction.

The best sewer repair plumbing company in Culver City. I own a sign company - Signquest - in Culver City, and we called Nautilus Plumbing to fix a septic issue and they got the job done in less than 4 hours! Highly recommended. They are fair and professional.

Its important to have your tankless water heaters serviced and Nautilus took care of this efficiently and were also able to take care of a leaky faucet that had been irritating us at the same time, especially with there being a severe drought.
