I really like the professionalism but the communication has been awful in my opinion. I have been calling this office and only spoken to the receptionist who seem not very knowledeable. I was told incorrect information on several ocassions when i called to check status of my case. When my settlement was not recieved and I called to inform them I was given to the paralegal who seemed by his tone annoyed with my call. Throughout the length of this case I do not feel as though Solimon and Rogers were helpful. When i spoke with the paralegal I was brushed off with the paralegal saying they would contact the insurance company and if the insurance company does not contact them then they would speak to the lawyer and see where to go from there. The information given to me about this case has been vague and misonforming. This has been my experience. I do not feel as though my case was big enough for them to pay attention to my concerns. At this point i was forced ro resign and had to give up my apartment because of the fiancial situation. What i expected was to be informed and not left in the dark. Now i am in financial strain and I felt as though represensation on my behalf was not strong and I regret retaining these lawyers for repreaensation

Ignore the 1 star ratings. Like any law firm there very busy. My son had a year long complicated case. Not only was the insurance company claiming he was lying, but his own union said the same. In the end my son got all the attention to his case he needed. Be patience & ask for the email address for his paralegals. You will get a much faster answer. But when it comes down to getting the job done Peter did an outstanding job.
