I reside in different state. I had an urgent need to find an attorney to represent me in Colorado Springs in a short notice. I am so fortunate to get a referral to Clawson&Clawson. Particularly name of an attorney Joi Kush was recommended to me. I can’t express how safe I feel to be in Joi’s hands from the first moment of the e-mail correspondence. I know how busy attorneys are and how much stress and lots of questions their clients have. Joi always had time for me to promptly e-mail me back with explanations. All her filing papers to court was logic, clear, detailed. I got all copies of papers emailed to me right away, thank to paralegal Andrea Marshall. I feel like I am in there, in an Clawson&Clawson office, fully involved in their team work! In a day before my court hearings day, I had an appointment with my attorney Joi Kush. There is no any minute wasted at the meeting. She explained to me the process, went with me throughout all my case, patiently answered my questions, guided me of possible outcome. I feel very confident and I trusted my attorney. The Court Hearings was a real battle. Joi was so professional, knowledgeable, respectful to the other party. Her questions to opposite party and explanations to judge was clear and logic. She won the case! I can’t express how much I appreciate what a great job Joi Kush had done for me. In 2008 Matt Clawson was recommended by several people we know for Family Law. Unfortunately, I had gone through a divorce back in 1997. We had two beautiful children and things we good for about seven years until he remarried. I remarried in 2001 and had one more child. We move here in 2007 and we needed a family lawyer. Our circumstances are very unique and Matt Clawson has been patient, understanding and honest through it all. I feel very comfortable that he will be completely honest with us even if it is not what we want to hear. Marsha his paralegal has also been wonderful! Repeatedly Exceeded Expectations I rarely write reviews because I expect good service when it is paid for however Mr. Clawson was truly an exception that deserves the highest recognition I can give. I knew the Clawson Team was going to be my choice for representation as soon as I got off the phone with Alicia. I had spoken with numerous representatives over the phone from other firms and not once did anyone ask about me and my case. They all just booked me for a consultation. Within 10 minutes of meeting Mr. Clawson I knew he would be the perfect attorney to represent me extremely complex divorce. My husband owned several businesses and was worth million. Getting hurt on the job was horrible. Getting a firm that advertises on t.v. was the worst. Then my mom, Janine Broomfield, chose Clawson and Clawson. What a difference! They immediately got her an appointment with one of the partners, Mike Clawson. He was friendly and nice. Explained everything to her. His assistant Tammy became her go to person for anything and everything needed. Now they are helping her with her Social Security disability claim. Everyone is the office is pleasant and nice, never acted like she was a bother, and helped here get what was fair. No false promises, but considerate representation.

I made intial contact with this office on June 1st, 2010. I have yet to receive a contact call from anyone in the office 7 days later. I believe that if they are too busy to call, then they are too busy to accept my case. I am sadly disappointed. They might consider reducing their advertising in the Colorado Springs phone directories.
