I am German and I spend every year some months to be here in Port Charlotte. This year I unfortunately twice the help of AAA for my antique 68 Ford Mustang used. It is very advantageous that we here as ADAC member can take the AAA services. The staff was always very friendly and kompetent.Einmal I had to wait almost two hours, but then everything was okay again. I am very thankful for the service, thank you AAA Klaus Klein from Germany / Munich

I was VERY,Very unhappy with my experience. I just went into AAA for a passport photo. I waited about 15 minutes and a lady from the travel dept. asked me to step over by the windows for a photo....It took her about 10 minutes to get it back to me. The photo was almost to the bottom of the box and very dark and I knew the dept would not accept it so I asked her to do it over. She refused stating that all the people waiting were waiting for photos. I know they were waiting to talk to travel assistants. She would have no part of helping me. I had to go to Wallgreens and get another photo to send off to the govt. This lady should be fired. I am returning to AAA in the near future to try to get my money back.. It cost me over $12. to get another one. Joyce Schankin

We are in the process of purchasing a home in FL and our mortgage broker suggested AAA and put us in touch with Amanda Bishop. She was positively outstanding! Although I worked for an insurance company in P&C for over 36 years, my knowledge of the latest insurance regulations in FL are non-existent. Amanda was very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful in explaining everything - even putting me in touch with the correct people at the County to get an Elevation Certificate. Unfortunately, I found out after Amanda had spent quite some time on our quote that our current carrier would cover us in FL and the quote was much less than the quote Amanda was able to provide. I would not hesitate to recommend AAA - and especially Amanda - to anyone else.

We love to cruise Royal Caribbean. We always call on our expert Dawn Livingston to get us what we want, when we want it and link us with friends so we can all enjoy dining together. She goes over and above to look for upgrades and discounts and keeps in constant contact with any news about our trip or what may be coming up. She knows our "likes" since day 1 and we can travel without any stress other than how to pack everything we want to take into one suitcase each. Dawn is the best!!!

Went to Pt Charlotte AAA to buy tickets to Lego Land at the best price I found after a lot of research. Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that they were temporarily out of the seniors priced tickets. I went ahead and bought the 2 adult and 3 children tickets I needed and called several times over the next 10 days. At that point they had received the OK to sell more senior priced tickets. I bought them and was very happy.

We booked a trip to Disney almost at the last minute thru AAA in Port Charlotte. The help and assistance we got was beyond our expectations. They helped us book a cabin at Fort Wilderness that allowed our entire party (5 people) to stay together. And, they found it at a price that was lower than many of our previous visits to Disney. AAA Port Charlotte - highly recommended!

I went there to get new passport photos. I was helped by a woman who was new. I can not say enough about her, she was great and I wish her the best. However, her supervisor never even put a smile on her face once. She apparently is not the person for the job she holds. I felt she was abrupt and put out with having to help her new employee.

Dawn did a fantastic job obtaining auto and rental insurance for us. She was upbeat, knowledgeable and made you feel that she genuinely liked helping people. I would highly recommend using AAA especially the Port Charlotte, FL office. The staff is always kind, caring and helpful
