Hi! My spouse and I would like to take a moment to say THANK YOU to the Law Office of Brett H. Pritchard and recognize Brett for the OUTSTANDING job he did for us on our Tx Dept of Family Services child custody case. Brett did an AMAZING job representing us on our case which resulted in our case being settled without an uncomfortable appearance by us in court. Whenever we had questions or just wanted to sit down and discuss our worries about the case, we contacted him via phone, text, or email and he ALWAYS got back with us to answer our questions and put our concerns to rest. Believe me, we had some real scares while working with Brett on our case. I specifically recall Brett taking time on a Sunday to help facilitate conversation between myself and another party to the case while we worked through sensitive custody issues. We are so GRATEFUL to Brett for his help in resolving all our concerns abut the sensitive issues we were working through. So, again, we extend a heartfelt THANK YOU, not only to Brett, but also to his entire staff as their courtesy and professionalism made us feel as if we mattered and they really cared. No one in their right mind enjoys having to deal with ANY court proceeding/s, and then on top of that awful thought....We must WORRY and FRET over finding a GENUINE HONEST, DEDICATED and AFFORDABLE, Attorney. Brett gives it to you straight up front and even throws in the Worse case scenarios....instead of leaving you hanging with hidden FEES or surprise OUTCOMES ! Unfortunately, the day came that not only did I need Brett to go to bat for me and get Wonderful results....I also introduced him to my son, ( different circumstances), and Mr Pritchard came thru for us on both cases.. This one is about that amazing woman who always has to deal with me Danielle. If you have gone into their office you know her as their lovely receptionist. Some may ask why a review about a receptionist. well I will tell you. First when ever you walk into the office she greats you with the most beautiful smile which makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Second she very intelligent and will answer any question she legally can. Third if you are there more then a minute you will truly see how hard she works. From answering the phones, taking messages, relaying information to the big guy, and guess what dealing with clients. Even though she deals with all this she still makes you feel like you are her top priority at all times. and lastly number four when ever I leave there I feel like not just me but my daughter is in the best hands possible thanks to her. That folks is why Danielle deserves her very own FIVE STAR review.
