This is an amazing team. I have been struggling for years to get ahead on my debts. With hesitation I went to them and they set me straight. I was worried about what bankruptcy would do to me. The entire team is actively involved in the process, each person provided clear communication to me. I never once had to worry about what was next, how something would work etc. I was very worried when I filed, but they made me feel like I could get through it. Erin Shank even did the changed circumstances paperwork for me, which no other law firm in the area would do. I can honestly say I am highly impressed. To give an example of how far and beyond they went for me, her team was able to make my ch7 happen out of state. (Circumstances did not allow me to remain local) The entire process was seamless, they have a clear packet that is done online so there was minimal hand papers to fill out. I always felt like I was “ahead”. Now thanks to her and her amazing team I can say I am Ahead, I’m no longer living paycheck to paycheck. While I’m not rich, I can say I’m no longer paying creditors all my money. I highly recommend this law-firm to anyone who is financially tied.

I will tell everyone about the experience and the kind and respectful attention I received. Once my bankruptcy was discharged a situation came up by way of a frivolous law suite. Erin sat down one on one with me for well over an hour, filed papers on my behalf and the frivolous case was dismissed. Erin and her staff are wonderful people, They did a great job, when it came to my case. I got to keep my house, my vehicle, and my property and horses. It was an emotional journey, Erin and her staff got us through it. While we were in the court room I noticed that alot of people did not have there attorneys with them, and they had to stand up and speak on their own, Not with Erin, she was with us all the way, and she did all the talking. Thanks to Erin and her staff, for such a great job!!
