Banking hours 9 to 4. Really? That is while most people are working. One person on drive thru most of the time. Window lane never open....must use outside lanes and the tubes. Since the government bail out, Bank of America has shut down many locations, reduced banking hours, reduced staff, and destroyed customer service. No wonder the staff has an attitude dealing with with customers that have such a long wait. This compares to the DMV when getting car tags. Unacceptable for a banking institution.

As a bank user, I am satisfied, but I am not in a hurry. I have found the bank personnel to be very friendly in all of my transactions. If you are a patient person, you will be satisfied, if not, well there are other banks. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH BOA IS THE NAME AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A FLAG POLE WITH AN AMERICAN FLAG FLYING...............WHY????? Greed of the company officials? Get a flag folks and fly it.

i agree completely with most review comments. this is, if no the worst, at least one of the poorest to provide reasonable services. for instance, you would probably never get any phone supports at all, while, there are free staff round not taking the phones i saw it many times when i was there in person.

The red head heavy set woman is extremely rude and knows nothing about customer service. She was rude to a woman through the drive through and when she called me up to her teller desk, she was rude to me when I asked her about direct deposit. She should be fired! Horrible customer service!

Never in my life have I seen a bank with the line out of the door and only one teller helping people. 2 other people are their window and have been for several minutes and will not help anyone. It’s almost like they are pretending to be busy solely so they won’t have to help.

Absolutely the worst run business I have ever seen. Between dealing with incompetent people on the phone to rude people at the branch location. Four phone calls and a trip to the branch and still not able to pay auto loan online. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!

This bank is a ripe off. Everytime I turned around I had an unknown charge coming out my account. I hate this DAM BANK. BOFA IS A SCAM. They didnt EVEN KNOW WHAT WERE THE CHARGES coming out of my ACCOUNT! I WILL NEVER BANK WITH BOFA AGAIN!!!! SUNTRUST #1

I am a commerical account holder and this place really plays around with you in the line. I can be first in line, out of both lines, if by the end of their current customer transaction someone jumps in line, they call that person first. Bs.

Tiffany rose, associate with an attitude. Not comprehensive when we setup a new account. she forced us to have a paperless account, even though we wanted a paper statement. poor quality and lots of attitude.
