Cheap customer service. Shipped my new debit card with the wrong PIN. So I had to ask them to ship another one with the correct PIN, but they shipped again with another WRONG PIN. I called again to request for rush shipping and they wanted me to pay for the express delivery...Too cheap to pay $10 for what you have done wrong TWICE?
