A lawn mower handle went through my rear window in my SUV. The repair man placed it in with motor forward, and handles toward the rear. As I pulled from my parking space, still in the parking lot of the repair service, the mower gently rolled backward, and the handles broke through the rear glass. I immediately called a window replacement provider who coordinated with Allstate. It was fixed within 48 hours and I never had to place another call. Allstate took care of all the details. Their professional, timely, and supportive service has been consistent through all my interactions with them over the past 7 years! Outstanding service!

Kevin Shealy used the bait and switch routine. We just purchased a home and Allstate offered to cover our house for $1700 a year at the praised value. Then two week later, Allstate re-appraised our house for $80K more and jacked our rates to $2400. When we asked for justification of the raise in appraised value, especially when they did not come in the house, Allstate could not keep their story straight. So we decided to go with another company and it has been 30 days and we still have not received our refund. Not an ethical company, and I would recommend shopping around for a better deal.
