Took my Chev 2500HD in for an oil change. Have had it done here for several years as well as other vehicles. Last year, after the oil change, I pulled into driveway only to find oil dripping from undercarriage, not happy to say the least. Called AAA and drove back, they cleaned the skid plate and underside of truck, I cleaned the driveway. Today when the vehicle was complete I asked if they cleaned the skid plate, answer was, "they should have". I told them what had happened the prior oil change. Got home, same thing, oil dripping from skid plate and all down the underside of truck. Called back and they asked to drive it back up again, no chance. I would not let them change the oil in my lawnmower. Done with this place. How could they let this happen two changes in a row, especially when reminded. If you care about your vehicle, go somewhere else.

This team of technicians worked all day on Saturday to diagnose the problem and resolve it that day so that we could continue to NC. But beyond fixing my car, this team went out of their way to pick us up from the island we were staying on. They worked diligently to get us back on the road in a timely manner!

Car overheated n got stuck with 2 kids in Charleston. AAA was a tremendous help to us. It was one stop shopping. Got my car towed, was able to book a hotel and the shuttle took us to the hotel and grocery shopping!!! Josh is all about customer service and Mr. Joe went above and beyond his job description to make sure we were taken care of!! This was a great choice!!!

Maintenance took longer than it should. It should not take several hours for an oil change. Additionally over charged for a parts, more expensive than taking it to the dealer. Steer clear of using AAA as your mechanic.
