As a new food truck owner in the industry, I had no idea of the plethora of detailed information that was needed to get up and running. Thanks to Joel over at Insure my Food Trailer, the insurance part of it was a breeze, thanks to the knowledge and professionalism in which they provided. Every question that I had was answered in layman terms that I understood. I quite often have additional questions for different types of events that we are poised to enter, and I always know that they are just a phone call or e-mail away with the answer to any question that I may have.
