Purchased insurance through him when me and my gf first came to Austin. There was a issue with the automatic with draw which over time was corrected. We were told to call in and pay the payment each month due to a glitch in the systems had messed up the payments. We payed for a year on time consistently with no issues. I received a email when my yearly policy renewal was coming up to either sign a new automatic withdraw form or put a deposit. I spoke to Tynesia and was told either sign the paper or they would charge me a deposit. On top of this my policy had increased and was only told why when I called in upset about the deposit. They are nice people but the logistics and paperwork processing seems to be out of control. I would not recommend this agent or company to anyone.

Herman and crew have been our insurance agents for both vehicles and home coverage and the gang at this office has been terrific! The office is nice to visit and the staff are always so inviting, they really do make you feel part of the family. There is some issues with State Farms billing policies but that has nothing to do with the service provided by the staff at this office. In fact they have gone above and beyond to help navigate the red tape of monthly billing, which should not have been that difficult! I do recommend Herman to all of my friends!
