If I could give a negative star I would. NOTHING BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT dosent have a clue, noone knows who what when where or why, I paid extra in one month due to going online to report my income increase. The online program would not let me choose my new plan unless I paid my premium, which I did as, well as already had paid my premium for that month earlier Health source now owes me SINCE July ..it is now OCTOBER! With multiple calls in I am constantly being told two more wks, to ultimately today saying it is denied. But my account is in the negative...does that make since? You take payments immediately to which I have never ever been late, but to refund I have to jump through hoops for 3 months and counting.......

I have been through this HealthSource they cancel my insurance on Jan without my notice I miss one month gap I called on Dec 27 from 9 am to 12 noon people picked up the phone and let me wait I waited for four hours and nobody came to answer my phone, I carried my phone to the car and stormed out to drive my car on 3pm and the traffiic was awful, my phone was still waiting, but no one came to answer my phone while I was driving,, so I turned back home because of traffic jam on the road. At 5 pm I just hung up the phone becasue nobody talked to me. It was awful, now I called them because of holiday I miss the dead line. they do not consider people as human, they are terrible! The healthcare is awful!

They cancelled me without notice because Rite share told them I had private insurance. i waited on hold for 2 hours 30 minutes. I had 3 doctors appts with cancelled insurance because no one told me I was cancelled. I called Rite Share and got the private insurance screw up fixed now I am on hold again because they renewed my insurance effective over a week from now. I am diabetic and have regular doctor appts prior to that date. been on hold today over 30 minutes already. The hold time simply says greater than 30 minutes. IF you can get someone on the phone they are helpful. The 1 star is due to the cancellations without notice and excessive wait times without even an option to be called back.

Its unfortunate that you cant leave less than 1 star. The customer service and service in general is awful. After signing up for short term coverage while switching jobs I received at least 12 mailings saying I was covered, not covered, covered again, not covered. I received two different sets of cards for me and my children, on the second set Healthsource randomly selected primary care doctors for us. Good luck trying to contact them....twice this week Ive been on hold for over an hour and a half waiting for service. Im currently on hold again, 30 minutes and counting. All I want to do is cancel service. This is what happens when you let the government get involved in services....

Coming here better pack a lunch. The state needs to address the issues here. After 4 and a half hours on the phone and 3 hours waiting in the office "3 TIMES" this is the biggest waste of time I have ever invested myself in. The waiting room currently has more than 50 people in it some even sitting on the floor in corners huddled up. There is not even enough room in the waiting room. Totally understaffed. Its a good thing I have patience of steel. There are literally people with lunchboxes coming in because they know the wait. *UPDATE THEY HAVE MESSED MY INFORMATION UP FOR THE 3RD TIME AND NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN. I AM DISGUSTED

if I could give it less than one star I would. The hold time is horrible. I have called about 4 times in the past month. every person has a different story as to what is going on with the account. One tells me that everything is all set. Another tells me that they need documentation and that without it, the insurance will be canceled. Sent documentation right away, when I called, they said that they do see the documentation but I would have to call to make sure my insurance is not canceled anyways. Went to get some needed prescriptions and was told that it was canceled. These people suck.. no one knows what they are doing.

They tell me my 2 kids and I are covered under a State of RI plan free of charge because I am now a single Father, and then two weeks into my coverage they want verification of my take-home pay. So I send them that and about 2 weeks later they tell me that my coverage is going to be cancelled because I make too much money. They then send a bill for the coverage because "we made an error and we apologize for the inconvenience". So I call to find out what is going on, and Im told all is good, that the letter was an error. But my card is denied when I try to use it. The State got a deal with these ass clowns!

Health source sucks I have been waiting for health coverage since 3/1/17 and which they kept throwing me in circles , by contacting united health , rite share , and Medicaid. NOW AFTER ALL THIS TIME , I am going to health health insurance as of 5/12/17 per rite share and is not being backdated. PER RITE SHARE , HEALTH SOURCE HAS ME LISTED UNDER MEDICAID ONLY ! Now I have bills that I am suppose to pay back? Even though I was advised multiple times by employees and managers from healthsource and online that I had coverage. Healthsource needs a new system and a intense training for their incompetent employees.

I lost my insurance in July, it said i had a tax credit of 125 but when I went back in August it said it was only $25 so I have been without insurance. Fast forward to now, my son lost his job. I go back in to check how much my credit would be and it said $0. WTH I have less income than before. Come to find out their system is calculating the credit wrong. Back in August I should have at least gotten 90 and they told me no its still 25 after an escalation was put in by HSRI. Now I find out my credit is 300 not 0. Their system is stealing peoples money!!!! Where is the extra money going?

The website was forcing me to purchase dental when I only wanted medical. To get rid of dental from my "shopping cart" I hit the disenroll button and it somehow disenrolled me from medical too. I then received a notice that would I not be able to buy medical insurance from Healthsource for the upcoming year because I voluntarily disenrolled! After being on hold for an hour, the woman on the phone told me it would take 60 days to fix!!! How can one button push on my end take 60 days to fix??? I asked if I could go directly to Neighborhood health plan to purchase medical and she said no.

This building is the worst branch I have ever experienced. Specially, the girl at the front desk she has no customer service manner what so ever. she might be Hispanic curly hair with light skin. She is so rude also has a bad attitude. She speaks in a tone that tell you right away the reason why she is there because of her pay check only. I can tell she hates her job and she does not want to service everyone whoever coming through those doors. It is very shameful for this company to hire such a person to treat the guest with no respect. No one deserve to be treated this way.

there should be a zero star for a review we have been without insurance since october 31st we have made 4 phone calls to health source 4 times we have waited an hour and both have been disconnected. made two separate visits to the office and they say due a system issue we are still not enrolled. no one calls back the office was turning people away during open hours. this is wrong.needs to be brought to someones attention even the dmv is a walk in the park compared to this. extremely unprofessional dont know how they get away with this.

The worst. I spend two hours on hold, finally got in touch with someone and she got my number and said she would call me back if we got disconnected. After 20 + minutes of working with her on my account, we got disconnected (on their end!) She never called back, and I had to call back and sit on hold all over again. After getting transferred FIVE times I am STILL on hold. I get that open enrollment is chaotic but this is insane. If you say you will call someone back if you are disconnected.. how hard is it to actually do that??

getting a human is next to impossible. getting one that actually knows what they are talking about is pretty close to impossible. I feel bad for the receptionists. The work loads are crazy when you wait 90 mins on hold and the kid that answers sounds spent. Enrolling online is a nightmare. I enrolled for 2016 and it said i was enrolled for 2015 of next year and all set to go.... tell me how that makes sense. pretty sure the system cancelled me out of everything also. WTF RI? Really? is where our tax money goes.

It is impossible to reach this organization by phone as you are put on hold for several hours and then when someone comes on live time they disconnect you. In the past they have canceled my insurance without notifying me and without cause. That was 2 years ago and I was told the administration of the group would improve with experience. There is no evidence of this. Meanwhile ObamaCare has been a total failure for us in Rhode Island. Healthsource RI is a worthless organization and we are left helpless without insurance.

what a joke getting in touch with these people...another government agency that is useless....If this agency had to compete in the PRIVATE SECTOR they would be out of business !!!!! You leave your phone number and they call you back to wait in another cue for who knows how long !! This is the sixth time I have waited for longer than an hour... I canceled my health source RI when I went back to work in March and now 65 and had medicare They would not cancel. I called them every month. Could not stop from taking money out of checking account Called IRS after receiving 1095 form Told them form was wrong They would do nothing. Went to accountant to file my taxes for 2014.He tells me I owe $7649.00 due to mistake health source RI made. Told me to now hire Tax Attorney Health source RI is a nightmare!!!!

Omg these guys are terrible two different people in my house hold signed up. they screwed every thing up it was a nightmare and on top of the screwing up names, dates, health plan and dobs like WHAT? it took them a year to fix this problem THE NEXT TAX SEASON. the state of RI have enough problems in this crook state THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD STAY OUT OF PEOPLES LIVES. A woman named Sabrina Gruslin exceeded today with her awesome customer service. She really helped me STEP by STEP & patiently repeated anything that I misheard. Health Source RI canceled my insurance coverage without explanation on September 30, 2015. Today is November 30th. I have been trying, without success to reach them by phone. I will have to take an UNPAID day out of work to find out why I am no longer covered. This is an abomination, Health Source has become a complete failure at serving the needs of Rhode Islanders. Wait until they move the call center to Mississippi!!

Although the customer service is courteous, you wait forever to get a hold of someone. The plans are not as affordable as they should be, and I had tried to enroll for January in December only to be told that they had no record of me signing up. I hate to say it but Health Source RI needs some serious work, which is a shame because these services are supposed to ease the burden of healthcare, not make it worse.

Went to Riverside Healthsource RI walkin site yesterday. Is extremely hard to get to. No signs on exits, right next to a I-195 on-ramp that does not have a complimentary on-ramp for traffic going in the other direction, tiny, tiny sign to announce you at at correct building. Why did you choose this obscure location, minutes from Seekonk, MA, instead of in Warwick or Providence?
