My wife and I recently purchased a condominium in Providence, and Jennifer Caputi of Cuputi Law, LLC served as our lawyer throughout this long and complicated process (which was that much more complicated since we were moving to Rhode Island from out of state). Jennifer, in a word, made everything simple, from our initial inquiries about mortgages to all of our final questions at the closing. She was very knowledgeable of all aspects of our purchase, with a remarkable ability for making even the most arcane language in bank, mortgage and insurance forms readily understandable. And she could not have been any more accessible and responsive; no email, text message or phone call was ever left unanswered for more than 24 hours, no matter what day of the week. And most of those inquiries were answered much more quickly than that. In sum, Jennifer made an otherwise difficult process relatively easy. We could not be happier with all her help. And we could not recommend her more highly to anyone else purchasing property in the Providence area.

I live in Rhode Island and was in the process of purchasing a home in Florida. I was buying directly from the seller, and did not have a Florida attorney. To make matters more complex, I was also leasing the home out for 1 year to a private couple. They were out of their lease, in 30 days. I was under a lot of pressure, and laid awake at night.The seller was getting anxious to close and the proposed tenant would not sign a lease until I gained ownership of the property. I needed to close on the home and have a lease signed in 30 days. I was not familiar with Florida Iaw, and needed this two-fold transaction, completed ASAP. I called Jennifer Caputi. She immediately contacted me and referred me to a Florida attorney. He was friendly, and responsive to my every concern. I closed on the property and had the tenant sign the lease ahead of schedule.
