I have to say that I have a great experience with ALL of the reps that I have spoken with.. Not only do they work hard and deal with a thousands of people... I had the pleasure of dealing with personable and very helpful Reps.. I feel that department gets alot of negative comments.. Me personally was told "they are the worst to deal with.. Imagine 8 hours of working and being yelled at and dealing with irrate people?? Its the way you approach them They are doing a job for us and you will get your $$ its a process and thwy sympathize with us but let them do their job .. We all have jobs and get overwhelmed.. So put yourself in their shoes... Imagine thousands of call etc.. Thanks everyone I APPRRCIATE YOUR SERVICE!!! You ROCK.. LOL.. MV

Useless. I was out from my job of 7 years with a back issue and on TDI for a couple months. My job then informed me of a program they have with light duty, and that I need a doctors note with restrictions to clear me. I did so, then a month later my job informs me that they have no space at the time for me in the light duty area. Meanwhile, Im kicked off TDI because my Dr cleared me to work with restrictions. TDI tells me that I should be on unemployment, yet after 2 full months of no income and appeals, unemployment tells me that Im not fully able to work. Back to square one with TDI and I cant reach them. Bottom line: I cant work. Cant get Unemployment. Cant get TDI and havent paid my rent and bills for 2 months

phone is constantly busy...finally after call like, 65 I got through to the answering service only to have a recording come up stating "due to the high call volume, no one can help me at this time, try again later." after over a week of getting the high call volume BS msg I called back and hit 2 for spanish just for the hell of it and got right through to an operator who told me in perfect english sorry, that she could only help spanish speaking customers. they still "havent recieved" info thats been faxed over several times in the past 4 weeks. Update your system people!

Phone is perpetually busy. Paperwork they send you is post dated a week after the date of their decisions, takes 8 business days to receive information from website status inquiries. Is this a joke or a scam? Or can it be both at once? Hahaha. Been a couple of weeks since i wrote this. Have sent and or hand delivered every form they claim to need at least once. Still waiting... 2 months behind on rent. Ri needs to start purging government.

Horrible. Can never get through. I have been approved for disability but cannot receive any money until TDI faxes social security a statement which they have not done and I cannot get through to anyone to get it done.

Horrible service , constantly calling and getting the busy signal and if your lucky enough to finally get thru you will get prompted with a high call volume message and hung up on
