My State Farm Agent, John Cho, and his office are the best. His agency in Oceanside has been taking care of my family for years. I have all of my business with him and am considering working with him on a home equity line of credit through State Farm Bank, which I didn’t know about. Talk about making your life easier by having everything at one place. My household has also had claims throughout the years and I’ve never given a second thought to if I would be taken care of. His office, and State Farm, delivers when you have a claim. John can also write a claim check from his office. I highly recommend John Cho and his State Farm Agency. They are genuinely nice people, too!

We began our relationship with this State Farm office when I called four years ago regarding a church liability policy. I talked with John Cho and found him to be most helpful. And it was a good premium. Then last year when we were looking for new auto insurance, we called this office and talked to Stephanie Quintero. She was most helpful in combining our auto and renter insurance. Through 2015 we had several questions regarding statements, etc. and with a call to Stephanie, it was all resolved. We have found Stephanie to be friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. It is a pleasure having this State Farm office handle our insurance needs.

We have been with State Farm and John Cho for many years and have found that he and his staff are always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful with whatever our need. Recently, we had a vehicle claim and he made the process very easy with a great outcome. While finishing up, we were talking about our grandchildren and he introduced us to State Farm Mutual Funds for our grandchildren. We live in Oceanside and John does an excellent job taking care of our home, autos, life and now mutual funds for our grandchildren.
