Comfort Zone was and is very attentive to our needs and jumped at the opportunity to install a new HVAC unit inside our house. Everything was installed professionally, however we did need to ask for follow up as our new thermostat was not installed when it was supposed to. The person who installed the HVAC unit did not attempt to flow the exhaust water away from the house and did not remove the old, broken tubes and equipment from the house. Over all, Comfort zones attentiveness and ability to task and stay on schedule was great. Pricing was a bit higher than what we thought, but came in the middle of three different estimates. I wish a bit more detail when into the detail of flowing water away from the house and ensuring old equipment is removed. I would recommend Comfort Zone for service.

Comfort Zone installed a replacement unit for us two weeks ago to replace our old Freon system. They gave us a very competitive quotation, convinced us of the quality and value of Daikin as a manufacturer of HVAC units and worked hard to win our business. The installation was completed very professionally. I was not happy with some aspects of the installation but they made exemplary efforts to put my concerns right with an owner becoming engaged and left me a satisfied customer. Then this week a second unit went out. They were out within 45 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem for a competitive price. Hopefully, that unit will give me a few more years before I need to upgrade it.

When our furnace broke in the middle of the winter we felt like voulchers of HVAC companies were circling above us. It was until I called Comfort Zone. I did not know that they donot use contractors and everyone you get in touch with are their own employees. When you pair their genuine interest with the World Leader DAIKIN brand, we feel alot more comfortable. The installation was quoted for 4-5 hours but completed in 2.5. Efficent, clean and fast service. We love the 12 years warranty on parts and labor and also signed up for fheir annual service program. We know DAIKIN from Europe and know its quality. It is known as the " brand that puts money back into its owner pocket""

Not good at all. They are coming for the third time to "fix" the same problem. Extremely expensive, for a $11.95 part they charged me $219. I understand they have to make a living but more than $200 overprice really!! Also even though they asked my name, address and phone number I had to remind them I joined the "comfort club" for preferred costumer service so they come today and not tomorrow. I hope I can change this review after this time.

Nice guys. However We had some work done around the house Friday morning. Our contractor had a company he uses, which he had come take a look. He asked if he could change a part to see if it made a difference. It did and we have no problem for two days. We will take a wait and see attitude and not put in a $3300 unit right now. But we do have the maintenance package with you. LES SCHWARTZ
