This company uses high pressure tactics just trying to get your signature on paper for a loan. Avoid these guys at all cost they are a joke. I am editing this to give the whole situation. The salesman, although very polite and informative is either trained or told to lie through his teeth. The price for 11 windows was almost $11k. That is way too high for one. From there I told him that I can only afford a few at the current time and that I would like to see if I can get a lower interest rate from the original 12% that he was pitching to me. It does not make sense to go above six on things like this. With this he assured me that we can try we just have to do a credit app. After the 2 hour high pressure sales pitch, he has my signature and is ready to go. I get a call the next day about 5 pm from a lady int he main office. She acts all excited for me and tells me that the manager told her to go as low as they can for a loan and that I can get one at 6.9%. I guess these guys failed basic math. That is above 6%. I reject the offer and tell her that I do not want the service or product at this time. From there her attitude changes completely and she informs me that I need to call the bank (Wells Fargo) and cancel the loan that they had already taken out for me. Typically, I try to be nice to customer service people because I am sure that their jobs can suck dealing with rude people. However, I lost it. I was informed that this would be a soft hit on my credit and not a full on loan taken out in my name. After telling her that I am very angry I get off the phone with her and go to look up the number for Wells Fargo to cancel the loan. About 5 minutes later she calls me back and offers me 2 years no interest financing. (Lied about not being able to do better from earlier.) Claiming that I was a special case. The answer was still no. I will never use this company.

Taylor Construction is a company that produces results of the highest quality! I had the best customer service experience with all company personnel I interacted with before, during and after the work was completed. The sales reps were highly experienced, knowledgeable, and honest with me about costs and the timeframe for the project. I called Taylor Construction because of the high satisfaction ratings and glowing reviews on their company. I needed their services because after purchasing my home, I discovered the true condition of the roof, fascia and soffit; and it was not in the condition advertised or disclosed in the inspection report. After a rainy and icy winter and then a stormy spring, my supposedly new roof began to leak and the paint began to peel from the fascia and soffit, revealing extensive wood rot. When I met with the sales reps from Taylor Construction, they gave a thorough presentation of their company, products and services. They inspected the extent of the dilapidation of the home and were able to put together an on the spot estimate of the work that would need to be done. The measurement estimates were accurate and so was the price! The sales reps and business office personnel took care of everything! They even handled getting me financing for the work that I needed! When the work was completed, there were no surprise costs or fees to pay. Now, I have a new, high quality roof, including fascia and soffit. And with Taylor’s quality method of roofing, I don’t have to worry about my roofing structure for many years to come! I was so impressed with the company and the quality of their work, I also contracted with them to have their Ultimate Gutter Guard system installed on my home! The company stands by its work and they make sure that their customers have a great experience. My home looks amazing, thanks to Taylor Construction!

Just had 41 windows replace including 7 "half circle" windows and 1 picture window. The windows were the V Class II (the half circle windows were V Class I). The windows look terrific and the installation was done by an excellent crew. I originally met with four different companies and received a quote from each. The quote from Taylor on the V Class II was not the cheapest. But after doing my homework on the different window types, specs, etc, I knew that these were the best for the money. My sales rep, Brett Copeland went through everything and did not misrepresent anything. I also reviewed the different installation techniques used by the different companies and felt most comfortable with Taylor. Again, I made the right decision. The install crew was very customer focused and did an excellent job. They explained everything and answered any questions that I had. After the job was complete you never knew they had been there EXCEPT that the new windows look so good. After dealing with Brett and the experience with the install crew, I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone. They deliver on what they say and their customer focus is second to none.

So far I have had a bad experience with this company. I had them install the gutter guard system on my house and it does not work properly. I have called numerous times and spoken with the project manager Lowell and the operations director Peter Fisher and neither gentlemen know how to return phone calls. It has been over two weeks since my last phone call from a customer service representative that assured me Mr. Fisher would contact me within a week. That has not happened to date. The project manager was suppose to come out to look at the gutters to see what the problem was but instead he sent 2 installers that had no idea what to do. They were put out that they had to drive 60 miles out of their way to come to my house. They stood on the ground and said the gutters were installed properly but did not want to see the issue. I should have known from the beginning that there was going to be issues when there were missed appointments and no phone calls. Customer Service is definitely not one of their strong points. The gutters look nice on the house but are totally non funtionable.

Taylor Construction is fabulous. After many quotes from other vendors, my husband and I decided that we did not want windows due to the lack of quality we were seeing from Home Depot and Lowes. We decided to interview one last company and I am so glad we did. The sales man was very professional and presented us with a lot of options. The installation crew delivered as well. They were very focused and task oriented. They worked with our schedule and did a stand up job. They went above and beyond to clean the areas after installation. We also had a follow up call to see if we were satisfied. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, TAYLOR CONTRUCTION IS NOT HAPPY. - BOTTOM LINE The call center is wonderful. They answered every time! I would also like to take a moment and give them an honorable mention. I was so very proud to be a customer when I saw on the news that Taylor construction hand delivered generators when there was an ice storm. They truly care about their clients and about other people in general. My husband is a contractor and is very pleased with their craftsmanship and execution.

Just go my my new windows installed by Taylor and I could not be happier. Doing everything I can to upgrade my house with energy efficiency. I only updated half the windows in my house and there was a significant drop in the electric bill compared to last years. The price is a little steeper than I would have hoped but the Windows have a lifetime warranty that is transferable which will help with the resale in the future. The installation was fast and efficient. Crew showed up early and with enough manpower to finish the job in a few hours. No mess was left; all the old windows were removed. Brett our sales guy returned after installation to make sure everything looked good, confirm we were satisfied with out purchase, and drop off an enormous plate of BBQ that was perfect for football Sunday.

Taylor Construction resided our home several years ago and we have been so unhappy with every aspect of Taylor Construction. We struggled to get anything right from the very beginning and now several years later we see the evidence of how poor they were at the installation of this product. The siding is actually warping and deterioting off our house and the materials they used around our windows is grey everywhere they tried to put caulking. We choose this method to avoid having to paint every few years and instead got poor materials and shabby installation. When I tried to contact them I got nothing but a run around. I would not recommend Taylor construction at all.

We had all windows replaced including custom windows. The windows were improperly installed, one is shaky and has gaps that you can see outside, one that was not sealed leaked buckets of water inside and now has a stress crack and other are extremely hard to open and a few other issues. We have contacted the company and they have been out and verified the issues. However, we have been waiting for them to resolve or correct the issues and it has been 6 months, There customer service and communication is horrible! We highly regret going with this company and would not recommend them.

we were very pleased with the installation of our new “ultimate gutter guards”. Our house is surrounded by trees and we have constantly had to have them cleaned. Tim, as you promised, with the first rain we had since installation, the pine straw was easily eliminated from the gutters. Your installers did a great job and were courteous and efficient. We first met Taylor Construction when they came and put new gutters on our house. They did a great job, we had them come back and put new windows on back of our house. The person we came out was great to work with. They helped us afford what our budget allow. Never felt pressured. Next we had our front windows replaced. Really love the fact that no more cold air from outside comes in. So love my new windows. As soon as budget allows we will have them back to finish rest. We will use Taylor Construction for all our home projects.

I used Taylor Construction to replace the windows in my 1964 house which still had the original windows. I got a great price and they did a fantastic job. The installers arrived on time, cleaned up *before* and *after* they did their work, and verified that I was happy with the results before they left. All in all, it was the best experience I have had with a contractor working on my house in my life. Great product and great customer service. If you call them, then ask for Roger!

Great company...Great service, Had my gutters installed on our summer place, and everything went smooth. Customer service was very polite and the construction guys were great. Price was pretty much in the middle of all the quotes we received. Funny how most people only leave a review when they have a bad experience, and im usually guilty of the same, but was extremely happy with the service so decided to pay it forward. Thanks guys! will call you about the windows in a few weeks!

Still not fixed. When you call you get the run around. Still not fixed! Not to be trusted! Did not honor my warranty., Also, Kind of interesting how these reviews dont have photos of the person. Also, kind of interesting how I can not find any of these names on Facebook, tad bit shady in my opinion. Called number provided, still no help seems like they just make it look like they are trying to help you on the reviews, but do not. 5 years now no help.

Let me tell you what and outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable job Les Sims did. We just puchases a bring new home and the gutters where not done at all and was even missing a piece in front where the water was supposed to drain off. Needless to say he showed us what we need to get the job done and help us save on the cost. Thanks again for great customer service and patience with explaining the services we need to keep our new home up to date.

My wife and I purchased sliding and gutters back in 2003 and a remodel a bathroom a few years ago. The sliding is starting to fade and the main reason we went with Taylor was the fact they said it would not fade. So we called today only to find out Taylor was brought out a few years back and the new owners did not purchase the warranties. So we are pretty much screwed. So Taylor I guess you can say good bye to doing our other bathroom, windows.
