I was with Progressive Direct for my motorcycle insurance but wanted to have an agent when it came to my car insurance. My girlfriend recommended Amy Thompson who I know well and I go to church with. I gave her the information over the phone and she got back to me with a quote very quickly. My quote was slightly less than other agents that I had already contacted about a quote so I decided to go with her. I recently had to stop in to the office to sign some documents regarding my policy and was greeted quickly and Amy came to help me within a minute or two. My experience with Progressive Insurance thus far has been excellent and they have handled my claim very quickly and I am glad that I can be a part of alliance from here forward for my other insurance needs.
