Worst bank ever. I try constantly contacting them about my horrible rates with car insurance and mainly my interest rate which is astronomical which they seem to always ignore. I feel as thought I am on a blacklist. Of course, not when 1 day late or 1penny missing from their monthly bills that continue to eat away at my funds. I used to do all my banking with them and were curteous and helpful and friendly. Not anymore. Better going with the convience of Chase or wells fargo, or even better, a true credit union. Instead of a wolf in sheeps clothing like UFCU has become last few years. Too much success = customers lose. Too bad.

Be smart - bank with a credit union!! And here in Austin there is no better credit union than UFCU. No fees, and great interest rates on car loans and other financial services. Plus as a member of a credit union, you can use the ATM at ANY other credit union in the Austin area (even non-UFCU ATMs).
