Slow!!! The wait is always rediculous there is never more then three tellers everytime i go in. Theres 6 windows that they could put to use but they never do. Once u get to the window 45 min later their friendly but the wait is crazy. They need to either hire more people or call more people in. Whatever their problem is they need to do something about it. Any other bank has enough tellers. Golden one tellers never even say sorry about the wait or apologize for the lack of staff!!! Good banking experience if i never had to go in.

I love this place. They are open later on Fridays, open until 3pm on Saturdays. They are a small bank, reminds me of the old Educational Employees Credit Union before they got big. We have financed a RV, a truck, a car and they keep wanting more of our business.

Golden One Waste of time At first I was greeted very kindly friendly I been waiting for about an hour to be seen, by customer service and just to find out I have to come tomorrow.

So slow!! Whats the point of having 6 windows when they only have 2 tellers? That is just pathetic. Nobody wants to spend a whole hour at a bank.
