I stopped by last Thursday to simply switch my insurance from a state farm agent in another state, to Utah. The women in the front were both very friendly and helpful. I was told that I would receive a call the next morning with an exact quote. After still not having heard from them Monday afternoon, I called them. After they apologized multiple times for not having called me back, the women said that she needed to speak with the other women who does quotes and would call me back immediately. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I still have not received a call back. Again, the ladies I spoke with were all very pleasant, but I was beyond unimpressed after not receiving even a call back with an update on two separate occasions. I will be finding a different agent in Logan that is hopefully more dependable.
