My car dealer recommend Brookey Insurance Company when I bought my car. Because I am not originally from the United States and it was my first car purchase in the US, I followed their recommendation. After all I can say that I had no single advantage with this decision. First of all the agent sold me an insurance which was, after I did my own research the next day, a lot more expensive than competitors. I was completely disappointed when I compared the prices with only a single online quote with the insurance company Brookey selected for me. After several emails and phone calls I felt that the agent was feeling more or less bothered by me, when I asked for a better offer retrospectively. After all the effort I put into this, I think I would have found the better deal on my own. When I finally cancelled my insurance, Brookey was not supportive at all. I asked them to cancel the insurance. After some days I received an email that I need to write a letter and sign it personally. I expected them to support me e.g. by providing a prepared letter. Nothing. When they finally forwarded my letter to the insurance company and the insurance was cancelled I received a too low refund of payed balances. When I asked Brookey why the refund is so low, they told me I need to contact the insurance company on my own. That have nothing to do with the refund. I expected Brookey to take care about this. I mean for what kind of service have I payed Brookey Insurance Company? Where were simple no help at all. I am absolutely disappointed by their service and I can not recommend them to anyone. I am sad that I have not read all the bad ratings at yelp for Brookey Insurance Company before I selected them.

BEWARE!! 100% SCAM!! i bought a new car at a dealership and needed to purchase car insurance. my salesman referred me to brookey insurance. i was told progressive could offer me a rate at $128 a month, and i would be required to make an intital down payment of $228 which included my first months payment plus "policy fees". i asked if these were fees that progressive charges, i was told yes. funny how on the paperwork that was sent to me, they deliberately whited out the "intial payment required" and "intitial payment received" because come to find out, they charged me $100 just to shop for insurance for me!! Now i am demanding my money back and theyre telling me that they did tell me about the fee. So what youre telling me is, you told me that it would cost me $100 for you to shop for insurance for me, and i agreed???!! Yeah ok. im suing this company and they will all be without a job.

I love these guys! I have used them since September 2015. Every time I had a question or needed to contact there office, each rep I spoke with was very kind and professional! I help run an office for a business and I have to answer phones and help customers everyday so customer service is major to me and Brookey Insurance has never let me down!! I recently had an issue with my coverage and called Brookey Insurance right away to find out what happened. Destiney was the girl helping me out this time. She was very kind, pleasant to work with, and helped get things resolved for me quickly! I am very happy to work with Brookey insurance for my coverage needs. These ladies are so sweet and awesome! Fabulous customer service and professionalism which is important!

This is a SCAM! Do not use their services, you can find your own insurance for much cheaper. I was told that my insurance would be almost 1000.00 for 6 months for a 2010 car and I went to another company the next day because I was suspicious about the price and it had the same exact features as the policy recommended by Brookey for half the price. I cancelled my insurance that day and found out that I still had to pay 100.00 finders fee which is a complete rip off. This company does not even provide insurance they are a third party. You are better off finding your own insurance. I was recommended to them from my car dealership Ford of Kirkland. Whatever you do do not get suckered in like I was it was a big mistake!!!!!!

My most recent interaction with Emily is just another example of the excellent service that Brookey insurance delivers. She spent 30 extra minutes of her time to research and answer questions that were probably irrelevant to her. I would recommend that anyone with insurance needs call Emily immediately.
