HBT has been a pleasant surprise for me. Obviously the good rates are appreciated. I went to HBT to have my policies brokered from another agency. They advised me they could do this, but thgey would research their other companies for better rates. I was surprised they were able to save me nearly a third of my total premium from a company that I thought was competitive. I have been impressed with the speed of their service when I needed to make changes. I also enjoyed using their electronic signature service, saving me a trip to their office. I will recommend their services without hesitation.

I shopped around extensively with the major insurance companies to try and reduce my rates but disappointingly found that they were all more expensive. I contacted Michelle at HBT insurance and was surprised to find the quotes coming back at a steep discount. I was even able to up my coverage significantly while still saving money. When I had to go through the claim process I was nervous I would see why the rates were lower but the process was smooth, easy and fair. I would highly recommend HBT and Michelle!

TJ went above and beyond our expectations when we found out that our mortgage company did not pay our homeowners insurance bill from our escrow account after refinancing even though we were paying fully into our escrow account. When TJ found out about the issue, he took it upon himself to personally pay the bill for one month to buy some time to get everything straightened out. We were blown away by his service and he has definitely earned our continued business!

Not only was he was able to insure all of my vehicles for less than I was paying previously, but he was able to insure our specialty items that our previous policy had a cap on. Extremely quick response time to any phone call or email. Staff has the best customer service. Our agent Jami is so amazing, and Debbie is great!!! We get certificates made typically same day or next day, which all the other insurance companies I have worked with in the past took at least 2-3 days on certs.
