Better Business Bureau Rating for GEICO Insurance shows GEICO is rated “D+” by the Better Business Bureau. GEICO had 1,759 complaints over the last three years, and 662 complaints in the last 12 months. The reasons for its poor BBB rating, according to the GEICO review on the BBB website, are 10 failure to respond to complaints filed with the BBB, and 84 complaints not resolved. The service I experienced at GEICO is a note worthy heads up to potential Auto Insurance buyers DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS WITH GEICO. The mistakes made by customer service at this organization is astounding, unprofessional, irresponsible, and costly to a customer since they hold no account for errors they make nor hold integrity in what they agree to do. Highly recommend another insurance company, take your bueiness elsewhere GEICO is no good.

This is the WORST insurance company to deal with GEICO !!!! 15 Minutes could give you 15 Months of stress !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your settlement amount is $7,534.31. Once we have received all of the paperwork, the keys, and the vehicle itself, we will issue a payment. BUT, NOW after 15 Months THERE NOT PAYING !!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH GEICO

please stay away from this insurance company they tell you when you sign up for insurance that you have accident forgiveness but when it time to use it you do not have it any more.
