I feel very welcomed and wanted whether it be speaking with the receptionists up front or meeting with the assistants or attorneys. The first person that answers the phone was polite and we both understood each other...however the person that was doing intake( gathering information ) was asking questions and repeating herself, sounded rushed and was asking me to speak up ..at one point I was yelling at the phone spelling my name all she said was ..."ummm ok, ok ok how do u spell your name please?"
