I was skeptical at first, because I had unsuccessfully appealed my real estate taxes with two different companies, one an attorney and another, more of a consultant who worked with an attorney. Anyway, I received a mailing from Richard Shapiro, in which he wrote that he felt it was possible that he could save me some money on my taxes. The appeal process took a while, but I was pleasantly surprised to be saving over $700.00 on my taxes this year, which will continue for two more years until I am reassessed. I think this happens every three years. Thank you so much Richard!
