Mr. Swindle is the best choice for anyone looking for a caring, hardworking lawyer to fight your case. I was so nervous and worked up about my situation before meeting Mr. Swindle. However, when I left the consult, I knew and felt like I was in good hands. He has a very kind, compassionate demeanor and doesn’t give off a judgmental disposition at all. He is an attentive listener and very honest. Your concerns are his concerns. He listened first and then asked questions. Then he laid out the plan of action for my case. He advised me on what I needed to do, he told me what he was going to do, what the result of our acting would be, and elaborated on the possible outcomes of the case. The information was very informative demonstrating that he is very knowledgeable about the local laws and the court proceedings in the area. It gave me the feeling of us as a team working towards a common goal. For me, this meant everything to me in this situation because I knew he was not just working on my behalf, but fighting with me. He has a very open communications policy. Even when he is busy with other cases, he always keeps an open, prompt line of communication. His staff was very helpful in making sure that I got into to meet with him for my initial consult and always kept me abreast of any changes that were made. Prior to my court date, I received a message from Mr. Swindle about the status of my situation, and boy was I surprised at how much work he’d already done on my behalf. When he told me not to worry when we first met, he truly meant it. Even after my case had been settled, Mr. Swindle was at my side with follow-up questions, extra support, and guidance. I hired Jason Swindle to represent my daughter on a shoplifting case. She had never been in any kind of trouble before but I was terrified because her charge was a felony and the officer I spoke to said it was most likely a prison case due to the high dollar amount of the case.
