I really enjoyed the BRZ. They helped me a lot, made me feel comfortable and confident in their work and the service they provided me. For me the most important thing is that I could ask my questions in great detail they speak Portuguese; I speak English but I am more comfortable with my questions be answered in Portuguese. The place is new and everything very clean and well maintained, it is a pleasure to get inside the store.

I feel that finally a real company in this segment has landed for the Brazilian community, bringing competition, seriousness and honesty in this sector. I went in this agency this week and I was promptly super well received and attended by all the staff, who gave me a total base and options for a good application and packing of my money. I wish I had met this team three years ago when I bought my first car and for lack of understanding I ended up in another agency that only lost my money, wasted my time and gave me headache. A new way of doing insurance. My first good impression was the gorgeous new office that pass the idea of people trying to differently do this kind of business. Having said that, let me write a little bit about the most important characteristic regarding insurance: confidence. BRZ has helpful attendants, willing to show me the best options for my profile. Different from previous experiences I had, this time I did not feel I was being cheated or there were some hidden clauses that I would find out when I would need the most. Finally, to the extent of I could find, they have competitive prices and various options of plans. I definitely recommend BRZ Insurance to people looking for protection to the the ones we love the most.
