My wife and I recently purchased a new house. Until Tom came along, we were with State Farm. After getting a quote from them a friend suggested I get with Tom because he could do a much better job. Well that was an understatement. I moved over to Liberty Mutual with the help of Tom and saved a ton of money by using the home and vehicle combined policy. Tom is always easy to get a hold of and the majority of all my transactions with the company have been online which was so much easier than with State Farm. I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone who is in the market for home and/or vehicle insurance.

I secured quotes for HO insurance after moving to and purchasing a new home; my previous insurer was located in a different city. Tom responded quickly with a quote then availed himself to answer all of my questions. He adjusted individual coverage components in response to my questions and concerns. The end result was a quote for HO insurance specific to my needs as opposed to the usual cookie-cutter sliding scale packages. Getting the exact coverage I want/need (for a good price) was a totally new insurance experience for me. Ultimately, Tom was responsive and incredibly efficient.
