I originally spoke with Ken who gave me a lot of information regarding the state program for auto insurance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I then called back in today to get my policy going and spoke with Kimberly who also provided me with the best service. She was professional and walked me through the process before having Monica help me with actually purchasing the policy. Kudos to the entire team at Pacific Preferred Insurance !
