When I first called to make an appointment I had a bad taste in my mouth from the start. The lady who answered was rude and talked to me like I was an infant. I was told that my overheating issue wasnt the head gasket and that they tested it to make sure but they would replace the thermostat and hoses to make sure I would be good to go. The first night after I picked it up I had the same overheating issue as when I brought it in. Didnt trust them anymore so I brought it to another shop that told me the head gasket test results said it was blown. Wont be taking my car here ever again. Wasted $350.00 for nothing

This was the first time I had visited this office. I just joined AAA very recently. I was impressed how efficient they were. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked what I wanted and then invited to have coffee or water. A really nice gentleman called my name in a few minutes and I was given the material I came in for. Very good experience. Up until then I had wondered if I reallky wanted to join and now I am glad I did.l Thank you very much.

Stopped by this office after getting a roadside service jump start and was recommend to get by battery fully charged and I took advantage of the free test and charge on AAA batteries. Waited the 2-3 hours that was estimated. Very nice waiting area, with the usual TV and water and coffee available. After the 2-3 hour wait my battery was determined needed to be replaced so they did free via the 3 year warranty and I was on my way. Great service :)

I came in to have a oil change done on my car and have the brakes checked. They started on time and completed the job in an hour liked they said it would take. while I waited I talked with a travel agent and she gave me a map and direction. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and I got everything accomplished. I have been going there for years and have always had good service.

Visited the Mesa Office on July 30 and I was well pleased with the service. It was a very short wait to see Barbara, the representative, and she was able to find an excellent rate for a car rental at MCI airport. Additionally, I wanted to get a travel book for Kansas. One was not available for the person at the front desk said one would be delivered at my home in a few weeks.

We went to the office in Mesa on 8/3/15 to inquire on the letter we received to update to Plus coverage. Gale helped us with this and she also told us what all we get with AAA. We had no idea just how much we had with our membership. We have two trips planned and she gave us books on the areas we will be going to. Great service and Gale is a great representative.

After I bought my car I needed the title transferred. I walked up to the DMV where the line was out the door with at least a 1.5 hour wait. So I went across the street here. I was in and out in 10 minutes. There was no line! It was definitely worth the few extra dollars to not suffer at the DMV.

Needed to transfer a vehicle title. MVD had a waiting line out the door. I was in and out of AAA in 10 minutes with the title transferred. Same price as MVD because I am a AAA member. Thank you AAA!
