I was referred to, Jason Stone Injury Lawyers (JSIL), by another lawyer who was retiring after being in business for many years. I met with a fresh new team of go-getters, and I knew right from the start that I was going to have a good experience with this law firm. Everyone with whom I had contact was very nice. They were professional every step of the way without being stuffy or condescending. I had a great team who never made me feel as if I was bothering them. I have heard people tell stories about having to call and call their lawyer, and wait and wait for them to return their call. This never happened at JSIL. THEY CALLED ME! My team kept me updated every step of the way, and I never got the feeling that I had been forgotten or that my case was not important enough. I never had the chance to wonder about the status of my case. The few phone calls and emails I made were either answered right away or returned promptly that same day. My team was fast and efficient while working my case. We did hit a snag when the other party appeared to be trying to avoid payment after the settlement agreement, but JSIL did not let that deter them. They were right on that, and I received my settlement within a week. I would definitely use Jason Stone Injury Lawyers again, and I highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs a lawyer who will treat them with respect, and make their case and concerns a priority.

I had a pleasure of working with Jason Stone’s firm, and I am so glad I have chosen them as an injured party who didn’t ask the other party to rear end my car causing me emotional and physical distress. I was doing all I could to reason with insurance companies to rectify the issue and get claims paid. Again, I was a totally innocent bystander, but I didn’t get anywhere on my own. On March 7th Myself and wife was in a car accident, I hired The Law office of Jason Stone, I am so happy That I did, They worked with me, They are so knowledgeable, The staff was wonderful. Caring, Always returned my calls the same day, kept me in formed on the littlest thing. I have worked with lawyers in the past, but not like this office, I have a sick wife, They sent my wife The most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen. I have be a client of Jason Stone Injury lawyers for almost 3 years. They are the best, I was attending college at the time and was very busy trying to keep my grades up. Jason Stone Injury Lawyers handled everything which made my life much easier and less stressful. As I graduated the case still continued and they still handled everything (all the paper work and other legal stuff). I am very appreciative that I found them,and hope anyone who is in any type of accident to call them. I highly recommended them they are not only on top of things they are very nice and great listeners I felt like I matter to them, which made me appreciate them more. :) (P.S. I was always called and updated by both my case manager and Lawyer, if it was via email or phone. If I called my calls/emails were always returned in a timely manner.)

Attorney James was recommended to me by a friend when I got involved in a car accident in 2014. He and his team worked efficiently from the very beginning. Working with atty stephen atkins and jack sheridan was an excellent experience for me. I had reopened a prior workers comp claim 2 1/2 years after the accident originally occurred and they helped me extensively throughout the entire process. Not only did they help keep my benefits going through the process, but they were able to get me a large lump sum settlement now that i am on the end of my recovery and soon able to return to work.
