There are no words to describe how I feel about Attorney Steven Goldwyn and the law firm of Altman & Altman, LLC. After an automobile violation occured with a family member, I called Attorney Goldwyn and he responded and called back almost immediately. I was very upset during the first phone call as the incident had just happened. To my great relief, Attorney Goldwyn actively and calmly listened to my story about what had just occured. When I was finished explaining the situation, Attorney Goldwyn immediately assured me that he felt he could not only successfully defend the case at hand but work with the RMV to get their licence reinstated within 3 months. Truthfully, I was shocked in that initial call to find that such a high powered Boston attorney could be so compassionate and caring. Attorney Goldwyn successfully pleaded the case in court today and got a dismissal. In addition, he had already sent a representative from his team to the RMV and my family member was able to get their MA drivers licence reinstated 2 weeks ago before the court date which was crucial to the case. I could not believe how highly organized Attorney Goldwyn and the legal team at Altman & Altman was. The communication with us was excellent. I was more than 100% pleased with Attorney Goldwyn and his performance. He delivered 100% on the outcome and early on the timeline. Without a doubt, Steven Goldwyn is "THE GOLD STANDARD" of lawyers especially with regards to legal matters involving traffic violations and complex RMV matters. Attorney Steven Goldwyn is one of the most honest and kind individuals I have ever met. His passion for his craft surpasses none. My family member and I will forever be indebted to him not only for the amazing outcome that he acheived, but how from day one he gave us both hope that a good outcome was possible. Going foward, I will recommend Altman & Altman to anyone I know who needs legal representation of any kind. They are, without a doubt, the best at what they do. We had our car accident in 2012. In the car were my mom, dad and I, we were rear ended and my dad and mom were coming that same say from abroad. We spent the next three nights at the hospital because my mom had neurological complications from the coalition. I hired a lawyer in December 2012, he said that he would be happy to take our case and we signed all the documents. I would call the lawyer now and then with no answer but still I trusted he would call. It was in July of 2016 when I decided to change lawyers, did my research and came across with Altman & Altman. I explained my situation to one of the lawyers (Justin) who took my call and even thought they only had a few months to work on my case, they decided to help me. Every single time I called or emailed Altman & Altman I had an answer within 24-48 hours, what a HUGE difference from my previous lawyer. They were always very helpful with every single step, in less than three months they solved our case that had more than two years in a drawer of another lawyer. I was arrested in Boston just a few days before I had to move back to France, where I’m from. I was extremely lucky to have Ian Keefe as my defense attorney. From the beginning he was very knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions. He also noticed how panicked I was and was very reassuring. I was impressed with how quickly he handled my case. He had very little time to prepare and still managed to advance the trial date before my flight back to France, and to have my case dismissed. Steven Goldwyn was able to win FIVE traffic cases on my behalf: three speeding violations and two "major accidents." Were it not for Steven, I am sure that I would NOT have been able to get these cases resolved in my favor and I would have been left with FOURTEEN "points" on my driving record, which would have resulted in outrageously high car insurance permiums for the next seven years. I could have also potentially ended up in the MAIP (Massachsuetts Auto Insurance Pool) and if that happened, I would have had to spend many thousands of dollars annually on insurance. Steven was always available to answer all of my questions. He really did a fantastic job and I am thrilled with the outcomes!
