We had an excellent experience in every way with USA Roof Masters. They had exactly the Owens Corning roofing product we wanted and priced the job very favorably. We had many rainy days recently, but they were still able to schedule our installation promptly and completed it in one day. Clean-up was thorough and they left the dumpster for several days, so we could put additional items into it. More than this was the cordiality with which every aspect of the transaction took place from the initial negotiation throughout the entire job. Everyone on the team from managers to workers was very friendly, polite and accommodating. As an example, here is one extra they did. When they were finished, it turned out that one of our hard-to-reach roof-mounted floodlights was out. I suspected that the banging damaged or loosened the bulb and asked them to come back and climb up to fix it. They did, and worked hard to correct the problem, but it turned out that the fixture was damaged and it became a job for an electrician. Still, the earnest and cheerful effort they made to fix a problem that turned out not to be theirs is commendable. One last thing, USA Roof Masters has a practice to wait for the last of three payments until a week after the job is finished to ensure that the customer is satisfied with everything. That is a nice touch that builds confidence.

I was referred to USA Roof Masters through Home Advisors due to my roof being damaged in a recent storm. Tom Kovacks and Mike McGee came out within 2 days of my friend calling Home Advisors. They were very informative with the products that the company utilizes in addition to the warranties which are provided. Tom was able to assist me with a roof color that accents my home. Both Tom and Mike were able to answer all of my questions regarding the roof and the replacement process. The roofing crew was very efficient and replaced my roof in one day as stated by Tom. I also had my gutters and gutter guards replaced at the same time as my roof. They sent a picture of the gutter guards to my friend so that we would know that the gutter guards were replaced since you can not see them on the gutters. This makes my home look nice since you can not see the gutter guards but I do not have to worry about cleaning the gutters when the leaves come down in the fall. I was updated through the entire process by Tom and Mike. Whenever I called or e-mailed Tom and Mike with a question - they were quick to respond to me. I appreciate Tom, Mike, and the entire crew at USA Roof Masters with replacing my roof, gutters, and gutters guards - this is the first time that I had to do this on my own and they made it easy for me. I would recommend them. Thank you.

For any one shopping for a roof or siding job. Do NOT use USA master roofing. It has been a very horrible experience and very bumpy ride for few weeks now. Getting a worse service ever. They took the money from our account very quick and then nothing. The deposit check hit my account on 04/06 and still waiting to get my new roof install. The date of installation changed every week. I was scheduled for this coming weekend but today the installation manager call me tell me that my installation appointment will pushed back until the end of next week.The bad new that the manager was not aware of any other installation date previously communicated by the salesmen TOM via Text. Tom is very professional just to know?????????? not really. I made a mistake to sigh up with USA roofing and I want other people to NOT make the same mistake. I do understand that this weekend will be raining but I should not be push back until the end of next week. This is not acceptable. New for you... Next Friday again is calling for rain that mean I will not get my roof installed until the 3rd of the 4th week of this mouth.

USA Roof Masters installed an Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration designer roof, repaired some trim and replaced a patio door on my Middletown Township home in late August, 2015. Theirs was not the lowest bid (second lowest out of four bids) but the experience from start to finish was very positive. All contacts with Bob Kovack were very easygoing and pressure-free and he was able to provide me with several addresses where I could see finished jobs. At one address, I happened to meet the home owner who gave me a glowing reference for Bob and the company. The roofing team worked together in a highly professional manner from their lightning-fast stripping of my old roof to their careful and detailed clean-up at the end of the day. The patio door crew was careful, clean, and quick! Two of my neighbors have gone out of their way to compliment my new roof and another set of neighbors was impressed enough with the product and the work that they contracted with USA Roof Masters for a Duration designer roof for their house. That job was just completed and it looks great, too!

USA ROOF MASTERS were in my neighbor after many homes were damaged by a storm. I spoke with Nathan Oberto and he was very detailed in explaining the products to me, how they would be installing the roof, and the way they thoroughly cleanup after the job. He also went over all the warranties that come with the roof. Once I had signed the contract, Nathan dropped off addition sample boards, and even took a picture of my house, and used a program to put the different roof colors on the house to see which I liked best. This was extremely helpful! The job began a few days after the contract was signed and the roof was completely finished and cleaned up in one day. The roof looks amazing and I very pleased with the work. Nathan was wonderful to work with whenever I called or e-mailed him with a question he was quick to respond to me. I would absolutely recommend USA Roof Masters

We had our roof done on September 1, 2017. One week prior Bob arrived to give an estimate . The estimate was educational as well as thorough. It included all items to be used and was itemized . After the estimate was accepted, the work was scheduled to be started within 2 weeks. The workers arrived in only one week after the estimate was given. The crew arrived on time as scheduled looking professional and ready to work. The crew, lead by Hector took pride in their work and preserving our landscaping. They protected the house and landscape with drop cloths to catch all material to be scraped. The work was completed in less than a day. With the exception of the dumpster, which was to removed the next day, I could not even tell that they were here. The roof looks wonderful and I would recommend USA Roof Masters to anyone. Thanks to all for a job well done.

USA Roof Masters delivered as promised! The Owens Corning quality designer shingles and Owens Corning underlayment products, weatherlock G water barrier, and surenail fabric all are only surpassed by the owner transferable warranties that come with these products. They started the job by taking care and covered the entire house in a tarp making sure the property was protected. They took the time to move everything off the deck and put everything back at the end of a very long day. The team work straight through the day until everything was finished and cleaned up as promised. When they drove away the only thing different was our house had a great looking new roof. Thanks to the entire Platinum Certified Team. They did a Platinum Gold Job!

Did not meet expectations after contract signed. Very messy install and poor communication and quality control. They allowed rain to come into my house and damage it during the install because despite their claim, no one was on site supervising the roof installers. And apparently speed is all they care about because until I called the manager, the roofers were going to keep installing. Aside from that, they popped a nail through a window (how do you miss that bad) and I had to cleanup about 20 nails from the downspout after a rain storm. They were supposed to flush the gutters. They also offer a 250 dollar referral but I had to repeatedly ask them for this before they finally mailed it. This was after I referred my neighbor.

USA Roof Masters provided a great product and great service. They were professional, organized, and efficient. Prior to hiring them to replace our new roof, we received 3 other quotes. USA Roof Masters was not originally the cheapest quote but they honored their commercial of beating any quote. They completed the job of taking off a double roof, replacing damaged plywood, and putting on the new roof, all in one day. A dumpster was delivered for the job and removed by the time we got home from work the following day. On the day of the job, aside from the workers, there was always a supervisor on sight who answered all questions and would make any requested adjustments on the fly. Our house looks great!

USA Roof Masters did an excellent job on my roof. I interviewed four roofers and it came down to the lifetime warranty on the roof and the product. I believe that the Owens Corning roofing material is excellent. They were the only Platinum rated company that quoted on the Owens Corning roof. The workers were superb. Kudos to your crew! The day the roof was installed was 90 degree in a scorching sun. They arrived at 7:00AM, worked a long day, cleaned up all the debris, then swept with roller magnets for odd nails that missed the tarps, the foreman did a recheck to make sure everything was satisfactory before leaving at 5:45PM. I would highly recommend USA Roof Masters to anyone that needs a new roof.

I hired USA Roof Masters to replace my damaged roof from the hail storm that occurred in Berks County. Understanding of the devastation mother nature caused, the people at Roof Masters were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They knew exactly what I needed to make sure my roof was back to tip top shape. Their skilled workers were very efficient while focusing on quality installation. Once they finished, their clean up of debris and material made my home look like nothing had ever happened to my home. Awesome is they way I can describe my experience with USA Roofmasters. Since day one Tom was very professional , Tom showed my wife an me all options that was available. He brung samples gave a quote that explained everything. No hidden charges . all questions was answered professional. Working with Tom and Bob from start to finish was seamless. Their team began and completed our roof as agreed, it looks great! Their choices in materials was excellent and they installed beautifully. The cost of our project was very reasonable but after our installation was complete, we were more than happy with the ease of everything and the end result. In fact, I was outside painting today when a neighbor stopped and asked who did our roof. I was quick to refer them and that made me think of writing this review. They are worth every penny!

He walked us through all the phases of how the old roof would be removed and the steps necessary in installing the new shingles. He gave us good advice on the color selection and we love it.
