DO NOT make a mistake and use Dusty or Dean. I paid them 6 months ago for a leak around my chimney and to close two openings in my crawl space. I live out of town and needed someone dependable. The chimney leaked in the November snow when I also saw they never screened the openings. It took 2 months to get Dean out to the cabin only after bribing me by telling me he would go if I took down a negative remark. He says he fixed the leak but I have cameras and never saw a ladder being used and he will not tell me if he screened in the openings. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! The MOST unprofessional unethical people I have EVER dealt with. I will be there in a couple of weeks and am considering legal action.

We have used them twice now and I will not be using them again. For Roof work they were fine... as far as I can tell. When it came to fixing our windows we had to have them come out and fix the problem. For my money, I would prefer a job well done the first time. It would be hard to recommend Knoxville Roofing.
