Geico helped me in so many ways. I was in a car accident but it was not my fault. I asked them for advice on what I should do and they lead me in the right direction. I spoke to Marcus Wu and he is honestly the nicest and most genuine guy in the game! In 1 hour I had a rental and an estimated coverage amount. Then in 2 days I had the total amount of damages to my car (it was totaled), the amount that goes to payoff the damaged car, and a check cut out to me for the remaining settlement balance. He took care of everything for me and in a record time! I was able to take the settlement check and find a new car in no time. Thank you!

My husband called our local Geico office in Tampa last week and was helped by a wonderful person named Michelle S. She was extremely pleasant, answered all of my husbands questions and he told me it was the absolute best experience he has ever had while purchasing auto and home contents insurance(he has been driving for around 50 years now). If you are in need of auto insurance or any other type of insurance my husband and I highly recommend the people @ Geico Insurance on W. Kennedy Blvd in Tampa. Like the ad says--We just saved a bunch of money by switching to Geico!! Thanks again Michelle!!

I did get a car policy quote from them and they asked 433$ so I did cancel my current car policy and tried to buy from these guys,,,everything was great until last page( payments) which they asked for 730$ instead,,,I did called them and they said its because your Driving license was first issued 7 years ago out of US, and we just consider two years in US, at least they could tell me prior to that or give me a heads up,,,I had lots of trouble to get back to my old insurance company since I had several discounts over there and I needed them to get a good deal.

I have been with Geico for 25 years originally I had it in New York and transferred my policy to Florida for 3 years . You could truly see the difference from Geico employees of New York than in Florida. At least the workers in New York are willing to work with you on your claims whereas the employees in Florida do the minimum of service or work when it comes to claims as well.as their adjuster. I believed this is due for their low pay

Stay away from Geico. They have lost the common touch. They are the insurance of CRUEL. They are fine until you file a claim...then they treat you horribly. Run RUN RUN!!!!! They will sponser the Stanley Cup and pay thousands of dollars but will not pay a claim for a single mother with a fatherless child...even though we have had their insurance for many years!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Geico is simply horrible, though am still with them, but I do not know where else to go, recently, they send me a notice that they want to cancel my policy, simply because I want to make monthly payments, not 6 months lump sum as I used to do....Is this legal?, can they cancel my policy, simply because am broke can only afford monthly payments?..someone, please let me know!..

this is the worst insurance company ever. They go out of there way not to help or look out for there customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you are looking for poor customer service and people who do not give a crap about you. They only care about money and how deep they can get there pocket. Any insurance company is better than geico.
